Points Of View Productions Inc. was founded in 1989 by Wendy J. Johnson and James V. Gambone. We are a family-run company dedicated to bringing the five living generations together with respect, caring, and cooperation. We provide training, consulting, products, design, and motivational speaking on a wide range of issues affecting all generations living in an aging society. We also provide multi-media services with a focus on serving communities, companies, and organizations through a multi-generational eye.

We have two entities that operate as DBA's under the Points Of View umbrella: Elder Eye Design (The Legibility Doctor) and Saga Hill Designs (a creative arts and online retail site for fiber lovers).

Another (former) DBA, ReFirement® Inc. (The ReFirement Group®), was founded by Points Of View/James V. Gambone in 1999 and became a separate company when the reknown financial consultant Erica Whittlinger joined the Group in 2001.
